Jess was born in Boston and grew up between New York City and Philadelphia — a tight-knit neighborhood, with working families — the kind of place where you learned early that homeownership was the dream, not the given. She learned early that people had no home buying roadmap and a lot of stress.

After years in the Bay Area, she fell in love with the mortgage industry not because of the numbers, but because of the conversations. First-time buyers who didn't know financial feasibility or what FHA, escrow or clear to close meant. Relocating families juggling kids and job offers and a 30-day close. People pulling out equity. Divorced individuals starting over, terrified and brave at the same time.

She learned that most people don't need someone to close the loan fast — they need someone to explain it clearly, pick up when they call at 7pm, and tell them the truth even when it's uncomfortable.

When she landed in Arizona, the market was hot and the need for honest, educated guidance was even hotter. So Jess built her practice on one core belief: an informed borrower is a protected borrower. This blueprint is that belief made tangible — a ONE source of truth.
